The Trice Advisory Board was formed in 2015 and convenes bi-monthly to provide high level intellectual and strategic guidance and advice to the Trice Executive Team on a wide range of matters in their respective areas of expertise. In all our work we look to combine excellence and innovation to drive the best project outcomes. To this end it is imperative that we work closely with partners beyond Trice. Our Advisory Board members are carefully selected from the industry and are committed investing in the growth and development of our business. Each member provides strong business acumen and perspective, ensuring clarity, accountability and governance for continued and long standing business sustainability and growth. Our members are leaders in their sectors including finance, development and law, providing governance, structure and a wealth of experience to our decision making process.
Fred has been responsible for delivering some of the most visionary, award winning projects in South Australia. His experience lies across a range of property asset classes focusing on master planned residential, commercial and mixed use developments within the private and government sectors. Fred is highly regarded throughout the industry and recognised as a leader in the South Australian Construction Industry. His entrepreneurial thinking, risk management strategies and lateral yet corporate approach compliment the Trice team, strengthening its highly regarded approach to successfully delivering projects to cost, schedule and exceptional quality. Fred supports the team and is an Advisory Board Member of Trice.
Paul is the managing partner of Holman Hodge, an Adelaide based accounting and advisory firm. Paul enjoys building long term business relationships with his clients and in particular the opportunity this provides to assist them grow their businesses and achieve their personal financial goals. Paul’s experience is broad but he has industry specialisations in the Property, Medical Services, Agriculture and Professional Services sectors. He understands that clients rely on his assistance to comply with their accounting, taxation and other legislative requirements, and value his input on issues requiring his advisory skills and experience.
John is the founding Partner of JL Lawyers Pty Ltd, a boutique commercial legal practice based in Adelaide.
John has over 30 years’ experience in acting in commercial matters involving provision of legal advice to private and public companies, high net worth individual and other SME clients and for clients in the not-for-profit sector.
In 2020 John was recognised for his growing reputation in acting for clients in the wine industry by being nominated as a Recommended Lawyer in the Agribusiness industry in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide to Legal Practice.
John also has experience in dealing with business and family succession planning and implementation across a number of sectors including clients in the property sector.
He has previous corporate board experience including a period as a director (and Chairman) of Greyhound Racing SA Ltd, Racing SA Ltd and Harness Racing SA, and a period as a director of the West Adelaide Football Club. John was also Chairman of Marginbet Ltd (which operated a licensed sports betting operation based in the ACT) at the time of its listing on the ASX in 2007.
John also sits on the Board of Charitable and Not-for Profit Organisations including The Meliora Foundation, The Bird in Hand Foundation and Pharmacy Improvement Centre Ltd.
